Commence your evening with a Bellini on arrival, followed by your choice of starter, including Cured Blow Torched Mackerel with Pink Fir potato, pickled apple & cucumber, sorrel, and herring roe caviar dressing.

A stunning selection of main courses follows, such as our Poached Shetland Cod with confit onions, sea vegetables, and marinière velouté, or Grilled Cornfed Chicken thats been marinated with red pepper, chilli and garlic, served with grilled Hispi cabbage and yoghurt dressing .

Conclude your experience with dessert options such as our Baked Alaska featuring vanilla, strawberry, and pink peppercorn meringue, or the Seven Veils Cake, an indulgent Guanaja chocolate mousse with feuilletine, yuzu gel, and hazelnut ice cream.
