Start your evening with your choice of starter, including Poached Portland Cock Crab with chilli, lime and crab jelly, Carpaccio of Irish Beef with preserved tomato, rocket & parmesan and Royal Oak Farm Salt-baked Beetroot Salad with pear, crisp walnuts, whipped goat’s curd & pesto.

A stunning selection of main courses follows, such as our Roasted Chalk Stream Trout with new season turnips, and foraged sea vegetables, Roasted Corn-fed Chicken with Jerusalem artichoke purée or Merrifield Farm Duck Breast with new season beetroots, carrot purée and sour cherry sauce.

Conclude your experience with dessert options such as our Yuzu Posset with blueberry sorbet & white chocolate vanilla shortbread, the sweet Caramel Custard Tart with crème fraîche, sugar-bacon tuile and salted blackcurrant, or the indulgent Chocolate Banana Mousse with miso caramel & banana.
