To celebrate this special occasion, we’re unveiling a series of limited-edition menus featuring signature dishes and cocktails from across our portfolio. From 25th September to 25th October, Hutong, Aqua Shard, Aqua Kyoto and Shiro will all have special anniversary menus, showcasing dishes from the past, present and future. Each dish tells a story of tradition, innovation and the flavours that continue to define us today.
