Follow it with our Pan-fried Sea Bass featuring saffron barley, rope-grown mussels, and fennel. Enjoy a wine pairing from Bolney Estate, located in West Sussex, alongside your meal. The chosen Pinot Gris boasts a perfect balance of acidity and fruitiness, enhancing the flavours of the Sea Bass.

Savour two courses and a wine pairing with your main course at £39 per person, or elevate your experience by adding a dessert for an additional £10 per person. This exclusive menu is available for lunch from Monday to Friday until the 8th of March (excluding the 14th of February).
