The Aqua Shard bar menu features the British Icons cocktail collection — ten signature serves from £18 inspired by figures who shaped British culture, alongside six non-alcoholic cocktails from £12. The bar is located on Level 31 of The Shard, 32 London Bridge Street, open Monday to Friday from 11:30am and Saturday to Sunday from 10:30am, until midnight Sunday to Wednesday and until 1am Thursday to Saturday. Walk-ins and reservations are both welcome.
